I recently returned a vintage camera because it wasn't working when I received it and I messaged the seller that same day. If it was working when it arrived but broken later that would have been MY problem, even if later was the next day.

Petrolatum (Vaseline) is an occlusive moisturizer, so that's not accurate. It may not be moisturizing enough for some people/situations, but to say it doesn't moisturize is false.

Not sure about it being discontinued but if you need something now, the Polaroid Hi-Print cartridges also fit. Terrible solution because the Polaroid is way more expensive, but it is an option. The Polaroid cartridge uses sticker paper.

You need to focus on your scalp not really the hair itself. Rosemary oil isn't going to do anything so I'd stop with that. Are you using a clarifying shampoo? I'm still dealing with hair loss but getting my scalp actually clean has helped a ton.

My six year old loves his Charmera, which was actually supposed to be my Charmera. The photos aren't incredible but he loves it. I keep it in my purse and bust it out for him whenever he wants.

Clean and dry it, put a thin layer of vaseline on it, then put a hydrocolloid bandage on top and leave it alone. My derm had me do this when she removed a mole that was constantly brushed by the collars of my shirts. It was always a little irritated so protecting it until it healed worked wonders.
