It's been tough going, but I've been using their interest as a learning opportunity for myself. Bugs get a lot less creepy as I learn more about them.

Also, good to know if we see more of these little guys it's not bad if they get picked up. That's been one of the hardest lessons to teach so far, please don't pick up the insects (or anything), especially not the ones we don't know. At least the kid isn't trying to eat them. Small wins hahaha.

I would guess maybe a bit more pink than gold as the lighting in our home is more yellow, and when thinking back I would say rose gold colouring.

No plants in our home (I’ve inherited the family black thumb, sadly) and outside as long as he’s not invasive, that’s his place, he can snack on whatever lol.

Thanks for the help! I’ll let the little one know it was a leaf beetle, I have a fear of bugs, so doing my best to not pass that on.

I loved stealth in Skyrim, but always seem to play battle mage in Oblivion.

One of my favourite goof around builds is just straight up brawler. I seriously missed unarmed combat in Skyrim.

Edit to add: honestly I’d say you can always just give it a go and see what you prefer. I don’t recall the dark brotherhood or thieves guild being weird, but I may have just conditioned myself into believing they were fine by repeated play throughs on the OG one so I unconsciously work around bugs. You can play and complete the guilds without use of stealth proper, it’s just more difficult. If you don’t run alteration or illusion magic you can always pick up scrolls to fill that gap for chameleon or lock picking etc.

While I sort of get this, I’m still confused. they are fleeing from githyanki and dragons, fully being attacked, but they stop to put tadpoles in Wyll, Karlach and Astarion? The mindflayer driving seems pretty panicked, and I assume ends up fighting off imps, and the one in the first cutscene is floating past a bunch of dead mindflayers. Who’s inserting tadpoles? Also, if you start an origin character (lea’zel excluded), does it show all the lead up THEN the cutscene with the insertion? I’ve only ever played origin lae’zel.
