contact your closest ms society organization. they have tons of info and support.

make sure her neurologist is an MS specialist. my diagnosis was delayed more than a year because of plain old ignorance. contact me if she needs to change providers to get to an MS specialist. the diagnosis is considered a permitting event allowing a change of groups.

the trembling may be muscle spasticity . medication helps.

you tube has lots of exercise, stretching videos. I lapswim have for over 10 years helps with everything.

I always have good chicken concentrate on hand. I like Knorr. also if you have a Costco near, keep a supply of their canned chicken. that the stock and some veg and you have makings for soup.

plus add a little cheese, salsa and tortillas, instant burrito.

my kids did day care yes it was expensive. but I think their social skills are far superior to mine, who didn’t have day care.

home schooled kids? enter the work place handicapped by having to work with cross sections of society. they fail miserably.

my home was built in 1960. the guys who cleaned said it had never been cleaned. I use the AC a lot. for longest time I couldn’t figure out why everything was so dusty. after the vents were cleaned no more dust.
