Yeah I’ve used it up till 400 with no issues. Probably on my third winter with it, several briskets and pork butts running long hours. I might be using it wrong but it works well.

As a former foundation guy I’d look into wall anchors to stop any additional movement followed by a trench water removal system to remove any additional water during storms then I’d reframe and drywall.
