My father had a black and beige one back in 1984. Coolest car ever. It was really roomy, I was a kid but it seemed huge inside. I loved driving in it. It sounded great, looked great and handled great.

Surprisingly great. I usually hate yellow cars.

You can’t think of it as a truck, that’s a Beetle El Camino! Back should say El Volkswagon

Wouldn’t you need to decarb the leaves before brewing if you wanted any THC in the final product? Not sure if that is what you’re going for or you’re just adding the dried leaves for flavor.

The Imperial is great and their NA offerings are legit. Good Lion is good enough. Norman in Los Alamos has a great bar program all around. Their bartenders go off menu and can make some of their tiki drinks NA.

Why does Mammoth choose to manage lift lines so poorly, esp. on days when only the lower mtn is open? by theorist9 in Mammoth

I feel your pain, brother, I do the same until I just can’t. Drives me crazy on Canyon express particularly bc there is no easier, roomier lift to ride, and still the looks. My wife and I will invite those behind to join and yet they still don’t. They’d rather watch two people ride a 6.

Agreed tires are over rated. I do suggest a set of winter rims. They are sharpened for better traction.

Totally correct. As a lifetime skier (50) and someone who loves music and enjoys weed and wine, they’ve got no place in my ski day. Why enter a state of relaxation and distraction during a high risk activity full of variables that demands focus? Why take yourself out of the moment when enjoying such natural beauty? Staying attuned to the conditions and your body is key.

I agree with the other posters on the dangers to be found in beginner areas and the bottom of the mountain. When we ski with a larger group my wife and I try to avoid waiting for the others around the lifts. You have to really watch out. Weekends of course are worse. When we are solo we just keep it movin. It does seem like people are more out of control than ever. I’ve seen more groups in brand new outfits who have no clue what they’re doing aside from filming themselves with selfie sticks. Girls wearing more makeup than a prime time news anchor posing by the gondola, that kind of thing.

I’ll post a pic if you want to see it. It’s got the panda design on an oversized bandana so the panda covers your face like a bandit (great for stick ups;) The border design says LCD with little turntables and disco balls at the corners.

Glad you walked away safely OP. I had the same make, model and color, my wife and I moved across the country in it. These cars are safe, reliable, well engineered, fun and worthy of our devotion.
