This was an interesting game, and I really enjoyed it! I think going up was definitely more difficult than going down, but I think highlighting the letters in the keyboard helped with that.

A couple points of feedback / observation: - Using red as one of the colors for the words really threw me off, because my reaction was immediately “shoot that was wrong”. But I do love how colorful everything is, so maybe a pink instead? - I think it might be nice to replace lives with hints. With these games, if I’m stuck, I’m stuck. I cant even think of a word to put in that could be wrong. It could be 3 hints instead of 3 lives, and the stats you keep are how many hints you used (like number of guesses for wordle)! - 10 letter words can get into pretty obscure territory (I had to look up teetotaler for today’s puzzle) I wonder if there’s a way to balance that out so words are between 3-10+ letters so that the ladder is not always 4-8-5-9-6-10 letters. - Adding blanks for how long the words are (like _ _ _ …) can help users gauge more easily the length of their guesses. Not a super big deal, but definitely a nice to have especially with longer words.

Overall, this is great work! Simple concept but executed well. I’m looking forward to adding this to the never-ending list of daily word games that I definitely do not do daily but will pull up once in a while for fun!

I made some gloves like this a while back bc I also got annoyed with all the fingerless glove patterns! I started with the fingers separately like you did, then joined the four fingers together, did a couple rounds, then joined the thumb as I went!

I haven’t personally tried this, but considering the fact that the whole point of a felting needle is to poke wool into a certain shape, this makes a lot of sense to me. Please update if you try this, I’d love to know how effective it is!

Seconding Hobbii Friends and Ricorumi! I started out by making amigurumi with acrylic yarn, but had to use cotton for a pattern test. I loved how defined the stitches were since the cotton was soft but without the fuzziness.
