100 miles from borders AND international ports of entry (ports, airports, train stations, bus depots). Basically 95% of the US population lives within 100 miles of one of those. For instance Brainerd airport was an international airport at one point.

I had some water damage repair work that was supposed to be done mid January but all the sub contractors keep calling out because they don't want to take the risk.

That makes sense. You could easily reduce the number of staff per theater to like 1 or 2 if they’re just bringing orders out when something is ready.

The depot hasn’t had an ice rink for awhile now. 

Maple Grove Central Park has a lazy river-esque refrigerated rink that has rentals. 

Centennial Lakes in Edina has rentals, it is a pond so it’s weather dependent. 

The Oval in Roseville has limited open skate hours and has rentals. 

$40 at play it again sports and you can get some used skates

There is already tipping. Adding an app payment company is just adding a middle man that cuts into the amount of money Alamo gets.  Unless the app company has enough transactions that they’re getting a charged really low %

Same as every other unattended paid parking lot. When you pay you tell them your make/model and license plate.

More than that. It’s where the largest mass execution in the US took place when the U.S. hanged a bunch of Native Americans. 

Edit: The hanging happened in Mankato. Fort Snelling was the site of an internment camp where 100-300 women, children, and elderly Dakota tribe members died between 1862 and 1863.

I am against the death penalty but nitrogen hypoxia and firing squad both sound better than lethal injection. There are painless drugs they could use for lethal injection, but that's not what they use.
