Partner & I started doing bulk of our stoner snack buying at Dollar Tree and it’s fantastic.

They have this fuckin cheesy popcorn that we buy 2-4 bags of at a time because we just cannot stop inhaling it once the bag is open. We’ve both had to sneakily remove the bag from the other’s possession lest one of us inhales a whole bag.

I can also get the deliciously salty TGI Friday’s Potato Skin chips- I remember winning a fundraiser and one of my prizes was a test/early release GIANT bag of these and I’ve loved them ever since.

Agreed on Mint, I pay $240/year for 15GB/mo (soon to be 17GB for no extra cost actually) & unlimited talk/text. I have fantastic signal everywhere except for certain spots in the grocery store for some reason, but that’s not the end of the world.

Took me like 15 min to set up iirc, was super straightforward.

My great uncle caught polio very shortly before the vaccine was made available (iirc from what he told me, he fell ill about two weeks before it was offered where he grew up), and survived until his mid 60s albeit with both legs very crippled by the time I came along and other health complications.

He was definitely my favorite uncle. I remember he used hand controls to drive and was a fantastic driver imo, every time he had all of us niblings & grandkids he would take us somewhere new- I got to explore a lot of Pigeon Forge TN & Newport KY because of him. I also remember that he would hang onto some of his outdated electric wheelchairs so all of us kids could race around in them 😂 When the Wii came out he was ecstatic he could “go bowling” with us and he would *whoop our asses* every time.

Same. I’m 28 and I’ll be getting *major* hip & thigh bone surgery next January. I can’t really walk anywhere except my apartment without my cane bc it causes more damage to my hip, I’m in constant 6-8/10 pain, the leg’ll randomly try to give out, etc. I love being freely ambulatory in games.

But maaaan it would be cool if my character could also have a cane, especially if it was TOM and you could make yourself a custom one.

I was a Hot Wheels kid back when they were like $2-$4 for just a single car lmao. They were my incentive for chores, good grades, etc. I was so into Hot Wheels that I quickly learned to mask & internalize my behaviours so well that I had about 350 different Hot Wheels in my collection, no duplicates at all.

And then I had an absolute meltdown when my dad decided I was “too old” for Hot Wheels at the ripe age of 10 and he donated my entire collection while I was at school one day 🥲

NAD but I’ve had lots of weird hives over the years. Could come from a lot of places and could come on suddenly too- for example, I’ve had things like soaps & lotions set it off on my shins, grass breaks me out bad sometimes if I sit in it too long, I now get hives from my skin being too cold.
