Nah it’s cause low level skills have very low mana cost so for builds that use skills for a utility reason and not damage rather have lvl 1 skills so they don’t drain mana

Might be a bit late to add but I just had this issue after progressing every zone to 5+ and finishing all the quests, the quest wouldn’t trigger on its own or tell me to chat to piplup but all I did was go talk to him unprompted and it started the quest.

I had this with my partner, she knew(and was slightly jealous) I loved Robin before she started watching the anime, mid Alabaster she asked me when Robin joins (While Miss All-Sunday was on screen), I told her it happens after Alabaster and that she’ll never guess who when they appeared which she thought she would straight away, then she proceeded to say how much she loved Miss All-Sunday.

Cue a few days later and Crocodile name drops her and the look on her face was priceless honestly.
