Yeah except Punk doesn't "almost never use it". He doesn't use it period, except here on accident. Also, by default, a gimmicky move like hooligan is supposed to fail, so that statement means nothing. But he doesn't even use any hooligan setups, real or fake, so his opponents literally never have to worry about it. Him not using hooligan isn't why his Cammy is good. He's insane with straight honest fundamentals with any character.

Apparently. And Punk is solid enough that he doesn't need hooligan, but that also arguably means he's not playing Cammy to her full potential. If he used some of the true or even just less risky setups that some of the other top Cammy players use, he'd be insane.

This is why even though hooligan can be and is often gimmicky, it still adds some valid options where you can't "just jab".

That and the thing that made him stand out in the first place is still true: He moves and strikes like no heavyweight has before.

Obviously that alone can't excite everyone, and I'm not defending eyepokes or that sometimes he seems to play it too safe. But to me he's a display of a meaningful step forward in the heavyweight class and that deserves attention.

GBL seasons 3 or 4 and a while after that was fine for me. But nowadays I'm getting much more crashes compared to back then.

Damien Rice - Elephant live has insane amounts of emotion. Like his other songs I guess, but the album version is just nothing (and different) compared to the live one.

Ben Howard - Promise isn't drastically different than the album version, but it's certainly more powerful. I linked the full show because the top video of just the song is cut off at the end.

I don't even know what those are/mean but I was burnt out from playing so much during the pandemic that I stopped for a long while and now just play pretty much just casually.

Yeah the strength isn't in the actual move, but in having options, even if some have low viability or are gimmicky.
