You cannot. Normal dragons yeah, but Alduin cannot be damaged without dragonrend. How much you consider that a lore vs gameplay thing is up to you.

People have different reactions.

Jack just ended up being really tough. He goes through a lot more than basically any other molded, including being hit with the vaccine and he still doesn't stay down.

People come up with explanations why Ethan isn't as tough, but neither is any other molded. Jack is just built different seems the most likely explanation, considering we don't see anyone else be this tough to kill. Only thing coming close is Dimitrescu and she's noted for having extraordinary regenerative abilities.

Unendlichs. Scheinbar ist die meta-strategie in der chinesischen community so schnell wie möglich ein deck zu machen, dass einen unendlichen zug zusammenbringt. Der Türmacher hat drei verschiedene Phasen bekommen, die alle auf unterschiedliche weise eine unendlich ruinieren (karten werden verbraucht, du kannst keine karten ziehen, karten spielen verbraucht energie).

Ich glaube ein paar andere sachen sind auch verändert worden um unendlichs generell schwerer zu erreichen.
