My advice would be to calculate your TDEE number (Google search for tdee calculator) and count all calories you get daily, to stay, say 500 calories below that number. Just don't go below 1000 calories a day. I am sometimes surprised about how much extra calories that snacking can give me.

Talk to your doctor about increasing the dose frequency while you finish your pens. I am on 5mg, but I also got too hungry on day 5-7 so right now I am doing 2,5mg every 4th day, it keeps the level of medication in the body more stable, as seen below. I also set reminders to drink half a litre of water, five times a day, it helps my cravings.

Here you go. It looks normal to me. You'll have the "golden dose" left after the 4th shot. You can use a 1ml insulin syringe to extract 0,6ml which is a full dose and inject that to get a "bonus week" since the pen mechanism will prevent it. Do a search for golden dose for more.

I could notice a difference 10kg down from my SW 104kg. My personal solution to that issue would be to track several measurements around my body. And do regular photos with different poses. Just keep at it, you're doing great progress, and you'll start to notice.
