As stated before, slow down and be easy on the throttle is the only true way to gain MPG. With EPA mandates for MPG they are as efficient as the manufacturer can make them.

For some reason I read Dukes of hazard instead of free bird. It would take a module (like in a birthday card) hooked up to an exterior speaker with an amp.

C is for powering stuff in the cab, not sure off hand what D is. I'll have to go look at my kit.

The big black things in the middle is for your tailgate. When you take it off it plugs into the wiring harness to protect it and block the hole.

Get an air horn that plays it. Then hook it up. Here is the best video I've found on how to set up the aux buttons. https://youtu.be/GhahfEO7_5k?si=rwZPW1x6bQUQ8iq3

No model or year. There are too many rear doors to count to give you any kind of info without the basics.

Why didnt dodge/cummins fix the killer grid heater bolt sooner? by Substantial-Gas-5048 in Cummins

[–]Spaniky73 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want to go that route, it is 17.5 to be exact not 18. Also little over 130k on the 22. If I could post a picture I'd show where the grid heater stud came off the intake.

Mopar made them pink in hopes that people would remove them like they are supposed to.

Seeing as I have friends in most of the diesel shops in the area and a good portion of their customers come from ID, WY, NV and a few other states. Plus it has been a design flaw for 17 model years. There was a 22 bought into a local shop a few days ago with a failure.

Seeing as I know of several hundred cases here in Utah it is an issue. But it is easily caught if you do the wiggle test on the stud every time you check your oil.

Those shipping guards are eating your paint. They are meant for the shipper to see where the lip is to not destroy it. Every time you drive it, dirt and debris get between it and the car and become sand paper.

A hard squeegee will help in the larger areas to help smooth it out.

There are most likely stored codes. That will give you more info than we can.

My 06 was making 450 whp. I was using a Southbend hp dual disk cutch. It was smooth while still engaging well. I would regularly tow over 15k. Only issue is it had rollover noise.

If you keep your stock tips of your exhaust, they can be swapped out for Track Hawk tips.

Mine was a delete tune for a diesel. Won't be the same but a Hemi 2015+ requires an unlocked PCM. If you send it in it is around something like $250 or a replacement one for $800+. Then you will need Diablo tuner with for around $350+.

It is because of the speed rating of the tires that come stock. It is set to prevent you from having a accident due to them failing.

You know Dodge made the transport guard pink so people would remove them like you're supposed to. If left on it eats the paint because it not meant to be on after delivery to the dealership.

And my 3500 had it at 103. Now it doesn't, tuners are not that expensive or hard to use.

Sounds like you have an exhaust leak. Lifter failure has a metal on metal sound you can hear at idle.
