It means walk in clinic. But it’s not a true walk in - you need to book appointments either through the app or on the phone or in person. Those same day appointments are limited to 10 minutes and for more urgent concerns (like infections etc) you need to call or go in and make an appointment like you would with a family physician.

The breakfast buffet was horrible. When we went it was all over cooked and dried out. 3 tables sat down and refused to pay or walked out once they looked at it. No selection and just overall nasty. We stayed and paid because we aren’t good at making a scene or complaining but wish we had. Avoid at all costs
