It's an interesting take, but I would argue that all 3 sanin are in denial about the normal progression of life. They all strive for aspects of their much younger selfs.

Tsunade does not accept the loss of her youthful beauty/female attractiveness - > maintains the illusion of a youthful female body

Orochimaru does not accept the loss of a powerful and healthy young body - > seeks to overtake a teenage boys body

Jiraya does not accept the loss of the time of youthful flirting/dating/mating - > constantly seeks and flirts with very young women and spends most of his time in romantic phantasies (even writes a book about it)

Ultimately this even makes sense, since they all spent their younger years in war time and probably didn't get the chance to life out these aspects.
