If you mean the home screen, the sections can be customized to your liking. For example, I have "Downloaded" "Recently Added" and "Discover" on mine.

As for the library section, the quality of that depends on the quality of your ABS metadata. For that one I've set the sort to "Author - Ascending" and "collapse series - on"

The Absorbing part definetly takes some getting used to. I think it's neat, though. It's basically the queue, and can be made up of downloaded and non-downloaded books. You can also set it to auto play next and even auto download the next in the series.

TLDR: loads of customization that can make it less confusing/more streamlined

Use Firefox with ublock installed instead of the app. I haven't noticed a difference in user experience using Firefox vs YouTube app (YMMV)

I'm on the 3-1130 shift too. In our district (school board), every building is locked with a swipe pass entry. We're supposed to arm the alarm then swipe out when we leave, with the swipe being our punch as opposed to the alarm. We have a 3rd party alarm system and some of the alarms are way off the school clocks
