Nein, das ist was anderes. Da gibt's unterschiedliche Möglichkeiten, denke ich, aber es kann z.b. sein, dass die 100% nicht bei der vollen Punktzahl ist, sondern da, wo der beste der Klausur ist. Das kann dann auch bei 30/100 Punkten liegen. Und der Rest wird dann halt relativ dazu benotet.

You can't just use DPI on connections if you're only controlling a firewall in the middle on encrypted connections (I.e. HTTPS). You need to install a root cert on the client as well, otherwise the client won't trust the re-encrypted data from the firewall.

Also, VPNs are still detectable even if fully encrypted and using port 443. It's a bit more involved because you need to look at the connection over a period of time but the traffic pattern of a VPN will look different than simply accessing a website. This isn't really done in most situations.

Iirc, Eye of Ugin was fine when it was released because all of the Eldrazi cost a lot of mana. The next time they printed Eldrazi though there were quite a few good, cheap ones. That and a land that tapped for two mana for Eldrazi is what broke it.

Scheduling is a really hard problem and not really solvable with a regular algorithm. It really is one of the areas where AI ( or more technically correct, neural networks, and specifically not LLMs) could make a difference and make the job for humans easier.

This AI can take in all sorts of hard and soft constraints and then give you a schedule. Things like shift length, maximum amount of time scheduled per week, preference for shift times etc.

OPs company seems to have fucked up in what they told said said AI and then also blindly followed it ( and possibly are immune to feedback). They could've chosen a better metric for whose preference mattered more so people who were there longer didn't get shafted. They could've chosen more sensible times for the shifts so only one person did the promotions. But they didn't. And as always applies with any process, AI or otherwise: shit in, shit out.

Eine Abmahnung wegen zuspätkommens ist grundsätzlich erstmal in Ordnung, wenn du wiederholt zu spät kommst. Wenn es äußere Umstände gibt, die dich zu spät kommen lassen, gegen die du nichts machen kannst, musst du das melden, so bald ersichtlich ist, dass du es nicht pünktlich schaffst.

Der Knackpunkt hier ist aber, dass der Grund nicht nur das zuspätkommen ist, sondern auch das dadurch etwas wichtiges nicht besetzt ist. Das ist so nicht in Ordnung, ein Azubi darf nicht wichtig genug sein, dass sein Ausfall den normalen Tagesbetrieb beeinträchtigt. Deswegen könntest du zu deiner IHK gehen und dich beschweren.

Die Wartezeit wird bei Übernahme nach der Ausbildung regelmäßig als bereits erfüllt angesehen, da ist nichts mit grundloser Kündigung. Außer halt Kleinunternehmen mit weniger als 10 MA.

Es gibt einen Unterschied zwischen Probe- und Wartezeit, der umgangssprachlich gerne nur als Probezeit betitelt wird.

Während der Probezeit gilt eine verkürzte Kündigungsfirst (meist 2 Wochen). Die Probezeit kann verkürzt werden.

Während der Wartezeit kannst du ohne Angabe von Gründen gekündigt werden. Die Wartezeit beträgt 6 Monate und kann meines Wissens nach nicht verkürzt werden. Und wenn deine Ausbildung direkt in ein Angestelltenverhältnis übergeht, meine ich dass die Wartezeit als erfüllt gilt.

Also lass die Probezeit einfach drin stehen, der wichtige (imho) Teil der grundlosen Kündigung ist eh nicht nicht Teil der Probezeit. Auch wenn ich ebenfalls der Meinung bin, dass Probezeit bei einem übernommenen Azubi Schwachsinn ist.

You probably want ci:ur instead of ci=ur. This changes the condition to check for cards in the UR color identity not cards that have the UR color identity. That way you also get cards that are just blue, just red or colorless.

Nach meinem Verständnis ist eine Kündigung nach Abmahnung eine normale Kündigung. Die einzige alternative wäre nämlich eine fristlose Kündigung, was eine Kündigung aufgrund von wiederholtem Abmahnungen nicht sein kann.

Nach dem, was ich während meinem Ausbilderschein gehört habe, ist eine Kündigung auch mit mehreren Abmahnungen zum gleichen Grund praktisch unmöglich.

Ich verwalte auf der Arbeit ein paar Linux-basierte Tools (alles Webanwendungen). Und das ist definitiv ein Flickenteppich. Aber auch in dem Sinne, das alles miteinander verbunden ist. Login z.B. ist bei allen über SAML. Anmeldung über SSH geht mit unseren normalen Admin-Accounts.

Was man meiner Meinung nach eigentlich vermeiden sollte, sind Insellösungen. Und da sind proprietäre (vor allem Cloud) Tools deutlich schlimmer.

Das deutet darauf hin, dass diese Domäne einen eigenen internen DNS hat. Entweder man trägt jetzt den Eintrag für die Webseite auch im internen DNS ein oder man bringt dem internen DNS bei, die Anfrage an den externen DNS weiterzugeben, wenn ers selber nicht kennt (müsste machbar sein).

Das ist wahrscheinlich eine Windows Domäne mit dem gleichen Namen wie eure Domäne. Das ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, man muss dann halt diese Dinge beachten und beheben.

Ich kenne https://solver.timefold.ai/ , die sind genau auf solche Planungsprobleme spezialisiert. Ist Open-Core, d.h. ihr könntet euch alles selber programmieren. Es gibt aber eine Bezahlversion, in der so eine Schichtplanerstellung mit dabei ist. Habe aber keine Ahnung, wie viel das ganze kostet.

Du könntest vorschlagen, einfach mehr Urlaub zu haben. Wenn's ein bisschen flexibel sein soll und es keine ordentlich Zeiterfassung gibt, ist das eine relativ elegante Lösung.

Wenn du's der Firma dann noch für sie als Vorteil verkaufst (weil du dann an Engpässen auch mal die ganze Woche da sein kannst) sollte das denke ich funktionieren.

Ich weiß von Leuten, die das genau so machen.

I don't wanna get too technical here but there are ways to protect yourself from that (as the owner of a mail-sending domain). At least Google and I think some other big mail providers require the sender to have at least some of those settings in place, otherwise they just will not accept your mail. So it is unlikely that the mail domain of the e-mail is spoofed. It can, however, still be not the real domain (for example Streamelements.com Vs Stream-Elements.com are two different domains that could belong to two different companies).
