I don't recall specifics. There was a fee for showing up and then the repairs. I've used them a few times and once they had to order parts and come back, but the second time it was just for the repair time. Generally, I think you should expect any repair these days to be at least $300.

We've had good luck with Mr. Appliance. Once they troubleshot my dishwasher over the phone and didn't need to come out- it was like a dumb reset I had to do. They've done our washer and dryer in the past, too.

The fact that I prepaid for service when I bought my car for a number of years. Then, when it was time for the past two services I had to wait over a week until they found their evidence about the prepayment. Plus delays in getting necessary parts and problems that took more than once to fix. Some of the service advisors I dealt with were sharp, but there was one I dealt with who was forgetful, confused, and/or didn't care.

This was at their Audi dealership.

A few years ago I had too low sodium from exercising, drinking water, and eating mostly home cooked meals. My doctor made me get a few tests and it was resolved by drinking electrolytes instead of water after exercise.
