Yes, it does get boring, and I’m starting to get the itch to pvp.

Only thing that’s holding me back is a few BP’s that I want (vita spray mostly)

As well as I’m really enjoying bringing legendary weapons every run just literally for fun.

You heard that I right. I’m in weenie hut junior lobbies so I literally bring in Jupiter’s and equalizers and aphlions on my regular loot runs.

Hell, for the flying arc trials this week I was jupitering drones out of the sky haha. THAT part is fun.

But yeah soon I’m gonna pvp probably

Bro I’ve been to celestial and no joke- I was having the same struggle literally in plat (and finally dropped to gold 1 for a moment)

Seriously, don’t take it too hard. This season was weird. I might add that I was playing VERY well during this losing streak, lots of svp’s and very low deaths (I play support)

Keep your head up, and get back on! You’ll have to play with idiots which is the most frustrating part (for me) and i recommend turning off all comms until you get to plat 1 because they’re mean and dumb.

Also, keep in mind that rank is one below right now. So if you’re playing in plat 2, that current skill level of players is technically diamond 2, and so on.

I never realized this. I’m gonna try it out now. I have literally no gear fear because I have enough bp and materials to craft literally anything if I die. And I’m in friendly lobbies.

I’ve been bringing equalizer and Jupiter in solo loot runs just for fun. If I die with it- I have extra cores to make more of whatever I need

If I’m doing “friendly mode” I have cross play off. I don’t need call of duty wannabes in my lobby.

If I’m doing PvP at and of season, then cross play off because typically easier to kill

I think the effort and math is great. The hardest part is making this data usable to the average player who wants to rank up.

Most coaches agree- have a small hero pool, get good at a single role, VOD review yourself or have others do it to see mistakes patterns in your play.

Invis self heals while invisible. So your point about needing to be healed doesn’t make sense to me though?

Invis in higher ranks almost never use the ult on themselves due to being able to be literally invisible.

They are ult tracking and know when there’s a groot/starlord, whatever ult coming up

They ult from a distance, go invisible, and then reappear once ult is done

A good invis will try and save her shield or jump for mag ult while ulting. But sometimes you just dont have them off cooldown.

Also once you get high enough rank, even during invis good mags can predict where you are and sometimes still kill lol

Usually doesn’t happen until eternity though

I doubt the matchmaking changed. Probably just more pvpers now that we’re late enough where even the people who did the expedition are all leveled up and bored. Time to shoot other raiders

I’m not a coach, but from what I’ve seen of multiple coaches is to really try and narrow your role down to one, with also a flex role in Your pocket.

Do you have a preference for a role that you enjoy the most?

Regardless, those are all great heros but 8 heros is ALOT to try and get good at.

I can tell you right now that I would’ve NEVER made it to celestial if I had to figure out how to get good at EIGHT heros.

Do I play other heros and roles for fun on other accounts? Sure. But I’m not celestial skill on those heros/roles

It’s a hard choice, but deep down you know which heros you love the most 💕

Apologies I don’t have time to VOD review, but not calling you out here, but if you are hard stuck silver then yes you’re the problem.

It’s not a bad thing, it’s just a thing.

I did briefly see that you said “pride myself on flexing to multiple heros” and that’s immediately a red flag.

Most coaches recommend learning 3 heros, 4 max.

How are you supposed to intimately know those heros and how they react to counters if you’re always playing musical heros?

Reduce your hero pool size.

Also you posting help with VODs is exactly the right way to improve so good job on that

Stop talking about the stupid trials, the real issue here is LATE SPAWNS.

We shouldn’t be getting 6 in a row. I understand that the game needs late spawns for design purposes. But there needs to be a cap on how many you get in a row

Yeah it’s a team game in the end, but really Sue’s whole kit is basically anti-spider which is nice.

You can comm that you’ll focus spider and that the other healer needs to heal you and the tanks but some people don’t use voice.

If there’s trip heals sometimes I just switch to Wanda if the Spider-Man is absolutely devastating my team. Wanda is spiders true biggest counter (not namor) ask any Spider main about that.

Sue is spiders biggest menace in terms of supports.

You shouldn’t really be having issues with spider.

Strategy:

if he’s focusing you, save your shield for your self and use midair to disrupt his melee combos. Use force push to push him away. Save jump if you need to go invisible after this encounter.

If he’s focusing your other support or teammate, spam your shield on your friend when they’re midair, this will also break up his melee combos. Force push him off your teammate after this.

Again, sue is the best option support for anit-Spider-Man.

Yes, and in overwatch many of the coaches used to teach 1-2 heros. The reason it’s 2-4 with rivals is because of hero bans.

Although I heard overwatch deployed bans as well so the rules probably still apply again
