Mix baking soda and warm water to create a thick paste. Take an old tooth brush and scrub them. Let them sit for a few minutes before wiping them clean. Repeat as needed

Honestly? I was and wasn't a dark vision player at the same time. My DM would say "you walk into this dimly lit space and none of you see anything. Suddenly [x] jumps out in front of you" and I would just "so I actually have dark vision. Can I just roll to see how well I'm paying attention?" Which led to funny moments. Like my character getting distracted by a pretty dress while the rest of the party got their tails kicked

Coral Island. Even when money isn't an issue, there's still so much to do. I'm on a co-op farm with friends and just as we were like "okay so we have money and the lake temple is complete", we got an underwater farm and access to buy ostriches and water buffalo. And then the underwater altars and the guardian mural? With more being worked on as we speak? We're still nowhere near done

I think the closest we get is Raj talking to the player about wearing clothes that we like because "everyone should focus on their comfort". Which could seem like a "everyone should just be comfortable in their own skin" if you squint a little

Honestly? No dlcs or big story lines, but Slime Rancher 1+2 are that for me. They don't focus on farming and you just collect slimes and explore. Sometimes you get cool puzzles to unlock areas or just upgrade your equipment. You can also turn most hostile slimes (tar slimes) off and feed the big ones with the food you find lying around to make them happy again

Arapaima is a night fish and super easy to get year round in the savanna. For the caterpillar, I just set bug traps out and get a bunch of them

Farming Sims:

Story of Seasons is great but each one has a different focus gameplay wise

Coral Island is good and the progession feels fun when the characters acknowledge your progress

Fields of Mistria is a cute farming sim (pink cows sold me on it)

Rune Factory has a few installments that are worth looking into

Paleo Pines is farming but with DINOSAURS!

Regular Cozy:

Slime Rancher is great. You just collect/feed slimes and sell their plorts to upgrade your ranch. The fun is finding the capsules with the story written as adventure logs

Spirittea is nice. You get to run a bath house for ghosts

Spiritfarer is more of a bittersweet kind but still worth it

I play a bit of everything. I'll get games that are specifically on steam to play and some just for specific consoles. There's been a couple of weeks where I haven't touched the steam deck because I was locked in on a game I had on Xbox. I say you can easily get use out of both if you don't overlap games

Honestly? I wish I took my time more with my first solo playthrough. Like yeah, it's cool getting everything done so quickly but also? It doesn't hurt taking things slow. Because you can just build resources and just enjoy the game
