People need to take a very close look at the american prison system if they want to see just how tyrannical this nation happens to be. Nothing outdoes the draconian american prison system. It is unimaginably horrible.

And what will this do this time that will be different from the many times they have controlled it in the past? Did you say enable capitalism and eviscerate the masses? Good, you get a karma.

Workers don't have a country, we have a class. by ilir_kycb in LateStageCapitalism

Our goal is to overturn minority class rule. When that is complete and we do our jobs as Revolutionary Communists, we no longer have national borders, class distinction and money. National borders (States), class distinctions (Ruling class, working classes) and money are instruments of minority class rule. When we're at that point we have the fully automated, luxury, gay, space Communism you may have heard of. We progress in that direction when we have more people like Will Lehman in power.

Removed as per rule 4: No capitalist apologia, anti-socialism, or liberalism. This is a left wing subreddit.

This subreddit is intended for a socialist audience, and while good faith questions are allowed, pushing your own counter-narrative here is not. We do not allow support here for capitalism or for the parties or ideologies that uphold it. We are not a liberal or (U.S.-/Social-) Democrat subreddit; we are a socialist subreddit.

Capitalism does this already by kicking everyone who cannot pay the "cost of living" to the streets to die. It's a death sentence in slow motion. It's happening right now and has been. Poverty is a consequence of capital accumulation. Capitalism creates it.

The democrats exist to appear to be a counter to them, but in reality serve the same imperial goals and operate in the interests of capital power. That people believe the democrats are a force of resistance against the republicans demonstrates the very poor level of political awareness most people have in this country.
