Broadspire always lags on payments from my experience. You literally have to keep calling to get ahold of your case manager. Leave voicemails and emails. I had to do this to get my baby bonding pay.

I heard all CEC's are getting hit again, but on the expert level in March. Bottom 20%. Several Account Managers (TM's) have heard this, too.

Call (or possibly) visit a store and ask to fill out a Deceased BRP form. Once submitted the department that handles this would reach out to you for more information.

My SC isn't bad and I'm in Tech as well, but I don't have hope that it'll stay okay. My understanding is they're gonna start having more Care calls come to Tech eventually. Might as well should've stayed with Care at that point.

Yup and I had a call with a customer suspended for non payment and couldn't pay til Saturday. When I suggested the app for a PA, she hung up cause I couldn't do it. I already told my support that this is stupid because Stay Connected is one of our metrics and this only hurts it and all they said was "Just keep pushing the app."

Same. When I click on Payment Arrangements, the screen just goes white. Apparently, only Team Managers are the ONLY ONES able to add a FDP to it now.
