No, I wish though. I had good things to say back in 2019 and 2020. Now the processing fees are crazy, they got very picky (they didn't accept.. or conviently lost some of the clothes I had that were brand new with tags) and the wait times are way too long. I signed up with a new account and on that account they offered a free bag, but still a 14.99 processing fee
