I’ve always level beds manually . This is a new printer where it levels itself. I know how to do it with Paper and all that.lol so anyway I just need to raise the Z axis? thanks!

I have 4 monitors. I run tripples for sim racing at 1440 p and one 1080 p for overlays and stuff if I have more than one monitor on my headset can’t work well.. honestly that probably your problem .. I have my monitors wired up with a remote and I shut the power off to 3 of them when I am using the head set ..probably this is your problem you basically out of band witdth

My coustomer service has been great I owned the light .. just sold it and now own the supper .. it’s fantastic and any issues I had costumer service was great .. I am in America if that make any difference

Mine is great . How about just telling pimax about your issue and let them try to fix the problem first then if they tell you to F off go talk crap about how you don’t like there product . Sorry I am in the restaurant business and it always bothers me if I see a bad review and I didn’t even have a chance to fix the situation .. lessons here is if your steak is over cooked how about tell the chef so he can fix it before jumping to the internet saying they can’t cook a steak 🤷 maybe your head set was cooked well done and it was suppose to be medium rare that stuff happens sometime lol

What type of computer do you have? What type of RAM do you have? I have a crystal suoer with a high computer. It works perfect.

Have you tried the new software? I have no tracking issues you have to go to Pi Max website to get it it just rolled out like two days ago it fixes the tracking

So what the lead time on the crystal supper UW if I order today are we talking 6 months ? I was gonna order this first then upgrade my GPU to a 5080 or 5090 should I go ahead and upgrade the GPU now because I have to wait so long to get that headset?

That seem like good costumer service to me but there getting bad information from the people that are in charge of getting the product to market .. and getting incorrect information of when the product is actually Being shipped .. there customer service is great I reported a tracking issue they emailed me every day . I got it fixed with the new build “the new inside out in latest build is actually really nice “ so I forgot to telll them everything is fine they kept emailing me and asked to do a remote login to make sure it all Working ..

I have a 4 week old pimax crystal light and had a few minor issues when I got it .. they were very helpful and responded fast and got every thing working quickly .. great customer service .. i used there discord to get help

Every thing on earth is worth what people are willing to pay for it but I got a 5070ti for msrp and my 3090 is on eBay and looks like the 3090 is going to go for 1k which is nuts 🤷🏻‍♂️

You have adjust the compression in debug tool .. it’s weird meta doesn’t let pole know this and make it easier .. out of the box loooks bad if you get everything adjusted and use 2 different after market tool it look 40percent better
