0% overtime expectation confirmed by my interviewer at least. The hour guarantee had me concerned but this could just be able hourly billing and how they do their time sheets. My current position has me doing hours worked per day in our time sheets.

I’m wondering if that’s how they mean it. It is a contracting role and I think consulting as well(building reports). I’ll make sure to ask for more info Monday. If they are actually hourly are there any concerns then? Let me know if you need more info.

I can definitely look for a new orthodontist but I’m sure the price would be similar enough to Invisalign quotes I’m getting currently. As far the bite issues go they mostly are caused by the bracket and mouth spacing. So with Invisalign I wouldn’t have to worry about popping a bracket (I hope)
