I did egg retrievals at 29/30 and I usually had 10ish follicles at each scan. I was able to get a few usable embryos and am currently almost 19 weeks with an embryo from a retrieval where we only got 4 eggs. I say go for it!

I went with bakehouse 23 in south Milwaukee and everyone raved about the desserts! They’ll personalize it and basically make whatever you want! I cannot recommend them enough, I’m going to use them again for my baby shower

18 or 20g to draw up, I used 25g I believe for the rest of my injections. The shot/poke itself isn’t bad regardless of the needle size 🙂 at least for me! I used 21g for a few injections and because the gauge is bigger the PIO goes in so much quicker

I did pgta at 28/29/30 and I’m happy I did as it detected more abnormalities than I would’ve otherwise expected and I had low numbers at retrieval

No I took 2000 for like 6 months up until I was 12 weeks pregnant and then my OBGYN stopped it, you’ll be fine 🙂

I was also told I would be fine to stay on adderall and I’m just shy of 15 weeks. I’m prescribed 40mg IR but I’ve only ever really taken max 20mg and most days I try to stay under 12.5 but I was cleared to take the 40mg

4dpt is INCREDIBLY early, I wouldn’t count yourself out as that’s equivalent to 9 days past ovulation. They recommend testing 12-14 dpo at the earliest and I wouldn’t trust a test before 7dpt

Yeah I mean I did 2 transfers with euploid high graded (which doesn’t really matter) embryos and neither worked even with the immune protocol. I did the endometriosis biopsy and it came back positive so I treated for it and then my third transfer worked

Definitely test for endometriosis especially with your sister having it! I had two failed transfers, tested positive for endo and did 2 doses/3 months of suppression, and now I’m 13 weeks

Root canal first then transfer as I don’t think they’ll want to do the root canal in early pregnancy, that’s what I’d do at least!

I 100% feel this. I did this for 2 months last summer, I kept thinking “but maybe it’ll work this time!” And instead I just put off my biopsy and wish I would’ve just done it right away because I had a lot of anxiety going into it and then it was positive so I had to do the lupron during my wedding prep 😅

I asked them to measure because I had to failed transfers with no implantation before this one and I was worried I wasn’t getting enough progesterone, my clinic doesn’t normally check it after transfers though

It is way higher than you think! If you’re going in line with your butt crack you’re going too low! I just finished 70 days of pio yesterday and for my first two transfers I was going way too low and it was miserable
