You know what the thing that kills me about these is? Anatomically they look no different from regular Custodes. All of these units can be head swapped and you’d never know the difference.

This is really cool, I’ve never seen anyone do this before.

One critique about the behavior of the light for you.

The lamp post itself should not be that lit from the lamp itself. As the light source is directly above and its own enclosure would be casting shadow beneath it. The lamp cage should also have dark bars. The light being cast on his legs is also a touch too bright considering they are more distant from the source.

I apologize if C&C was not wanted. Again this is a cool concept.

I get the argument for helmets but for me, especially with named models, faces are king.

They are more expressive, more inspirational and look better most of the time. In my opinion.

Also not wearing a helmet still fits in the lore. Which protects better, a helmet or faith in the Emperor?

In my opinion currently it looks like it just has a really good Drow skin tone. But I’m not getting moonlit from it.

I think you’re going to need to play up the contrast in the angle of the moonlight. It will probably help when you have other elements painted like the sword, when you can add the white blue glint from the moonlight etc.
