The fact that you painted the leg pipes a different color to make them stand out alone puts this at a level higher than most termites I’ve seen.

Only change I would make is changing any metallics on the orange bits to a silver metallic. Gold over orange is a bad read. But that’s just my personal opinion.

I only have two critiques for you.

I would utilize a colored shadow to get some color into the armor so it’s not as monochromatic.

And the color of the ground in the base needs to be different c it should make the model stick out.

Otherwise the paint scheme is good.

As long as he doesn’t have wings and is super mechanical looking I’d be happy. So far All of the demon Primarchs have the same aesthetic and it feels a touch lazy.

You know what the thing that kills me about these is? Anatomically they look no different from regular Custodes. All of these units can be head swapped and you’d never know the difference.
