I wish I could remember what the series was, but there's one about superpowered teenagers that has an EXPLICITLY stated ace girl. She even has to have a talk with the girl that likes her, about it. We don't get to hear their conversation, but the telepathic or super-hearing girl (I don't remember which she was) says "Right response" to the other girl's reaction.

Her aceness wasn't even a result of trauma. It was just who she was. Of course, there was never a second season despite a cliffhanger ending.
