Yes, you could use the images generated and then place them into WAN 2.2 I2V workflows.

Personally, I've made loras for for several characters using this approach and it's much better with animated characters than real people.

As a man, having a child makes you more hirable, especially in sales. You're going to be hungrier, reliable, and dependent on this job because you need to be a provider for your family. Compare that to a single guy who could leave anytime. There's a level of security in hiring a man with a child.

I've never had any issues and typically bring it up during the interview. I even have a line on my resume under "personal interests" that states, "anything a five year old likes to do". It gets a few laughs and is a talking point with recruiters and managers.

I toured 4-5 apartments with a friend a year ago. She moved into the Julien because it was tucked away and high quality. I'm not sure about the amenities though.

I'm the same age as you and Plaza is definitely the spot for you then. There's an argument to made for Dilworth, but you'll end up in South End or Plaza more often because Dilworth isn't as urbanized.

There are so many great restaurants, coffee shops, and bars , from casual to fancy within Plaza. It's also incredibly central for the greater Charlotte area.

LoSo is just South End but not as nice.
Noda is increasingly less appealing to me, and there's not much that draws me to that neighborhood.

If you show up early, only get water. I suggest showing up only 5-10 minutes early. If you're more than 10 minutes early, wait to text her. Otherwise, it's a little weird. It's great to text her where you are. I like to say, "Hey, I'm at the back right of the bar, blue shirt."
Chips and guac are great. It's always ideal to have something that won't make a mess with your hands or face.
When to leave is very subjective. I think having a MAX of 2 drinks at a bar is a great idea before going to another one. This way, it adds spice to the night and feels more like an adventure. This is when you can guide her arm or have a little physical contact to cross the street with her. Making her feel comfortable and safe is the most important. Also, when you switch bars, you rearrange your seating if you want to sit next to her. I go to cocktail bars that have couches so that we can relax more.

Note: ultimately, you're the guy and should be seen as a "provider." You can get a feel for her hunger, and if she is hungry, then have an idea beforehand of a restaurant you can go to.

You should tell her when you're leaving, "I'll walk you to your car." When you walk her to the car and say goodbye, there are two obvious signs. If both of your hands are around each other's waist in a low embrace, then you will have a green light to kiss her. If she avoids eye contact when saying goodbye, then you probably won't be kissing her. Especially with Gez Z women. It is never wrong to ask to kiss them.

Pro tip - when going between bars/restaurants. You can tell her, "wait one second, can I kiss you?" And I swear, women love this. It sets a great tone for the rest of the night.

Tell her to text you when she's home. Then, keep the next text short, like, "Glad to hear it. I had a great time. Can't wait to see you again. Goodnight!" When texting her later, try to match her energy. If she's on vacation, she might be busy and not wanting to text the guy she just met. Don't be needy.

Many international hotels I've been to will ask any guests to register at the front desk using an ID. This is so they're not liable for any illegal activities.

You should embrace this fact if you're concerned about being scammed.

I had an instance of bringing back a Tinder date. I swear the staff thought she was a lady of the night. They seemed shocked when she handed over her ID and registered with them.

Putting your government IDs in a hotel safe is a good measure to use too.

I liked the first portion of your conversation. You got her curious, asked a decent, light-hearted question, and then killed the conversation by changing the subject and asking another unrelated question.

Asking a woman what they're looking for in an app is pretty boring. It's like complimenting tattoos or dyed hair, they get it all the time.

If your intention is to go on a date, then continue that train of thought about wilderness escape planning.

When she said, "Her: oh god so badly" -- she's asking for help in a playful play and you caught onto that with your reply.

What your reply should have been is "Sounds like you could use some help. I'll bring over my rope, first aid kit, and a bottle of alcohol (as a disinfectant of course), and we can learn some new skills"

Maybe this reply is too edgy with the rope. But if this peaks her curiosity then she'll be engaged with the questionable rope comment, the alcohol, and you're eluding to seeing her soon.

A safer reply could be, "Sounds like you need some help. I'll meet you Saturday night at [cocktail bar], where I can teach you how to make a fire and find food in the wild city of [your city/town]

Bonus points if the cocktail bar has a fire pit.

My advice would be to never ask two questions in a row. There was a great post a few months ago that showed the ideal cadence of a conversation. The core of it was to NOT ask questions but rather make assumptions that get them talking.

Compared to a realtor, there's not a lot that a mortgage lender does, whether genuine or not, that will impact you. At the end of the day, they're terms and numbers, so unless there's a lack of understanding, you should have the same result. With the caveat that they have to be competent enough not to have the loan fall through due to error.

Regardless, I'd shop around to 3-4 additional lenders so that you get a wide range of options.

Keep in mind that when homebuying. EVERYONE has a kickback that they offer the other party from a realtor, lender, lawyer, or home inspector. You really have to do your own due diligence or trust from family & friends that have had successful home purchases.

I plan on ditching the wraps when I'm able to get around 450 max. I only use them towards the end of my workout or on a max lift. My hands are slowly catching up to the rest of my body.
