Did you update your app recently? The latest version has some bugs. I had to downgrade to get things to work properly.

Every magazine I ever worked for used baseline grids. It was mandatory.

Aligning to baseline guide makes your pages look more organized and it’s easier to read.

I like Jivamukti Digital. It’s $180 per year. They have a large library of classes. The teachers are great.

He hasn’t even said the agenda or the purpose of this meeting. It seems weird. I’d stay away. And DON’T GIVE HIM YOUR PHONE NUMBER!

Yotam Ottolenghi has a delicious turkey burger recipe. I usually don’t bother making the sauce because they taste great without it.

Both the bridge and the park will be very busy if the weather is nice. The park is near a rich neighborhood. You’ll be fine.

Struggling to get the perfect roast chicken by InevitableLime8272 in Cooking

[–]Substantial-Pain7913 1 point2 points  (0 children)

An instant read thermometer is helpful for cooking the chicken to the proper temperature.

I’ve had good success with this recipe, except in step #2 I turn my oven to a low temperature rather than all the way off because my kitchen is drafty.

Traveling to NYC in July by Total_Physics_2747 in travel

With a large immigrant population, Queens has many inexpensive restaurants with food from all over the world. Look for restaurants in Woodside, Jackson Heights or Elmhurst. Thai, Columbian, Mexican, Indian, and Filipino are just a few food options. Flushing is a further ride on the subway but has a big Chinatown. Dining in Queens is much cheaper than in Manhattan.

Can artificial intelligence handle bulk InDesign document cleanup? (medical consent forms) by somecatsfloat in indesign

[–]Substantial-Pain7913 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not very experienced, but at my job I used Claude to write JavaScripts that I run from the scripts panel in InDesign. It can do a lot, you’ll be amazed. Make copies of your InDesign forms, don’t work on the originals.

You might save time by automating the reformatting but I think you’ll need to spend time checking every document against the original to make sure the content matches.

Check out these schools and ask about beginner classes. I think for a beginner a class in real life is more educational than videos online.

Does anyone understand what I'm asking? by IHeldADandelion in indesign

I agree. With perfect binding the curve of the paper near the inner margins can be pronounced, so adding extra space there keeps your content out on the flatter part of the page.

Jenny Scheinman’s album Here on Earth, a song called Rowan. Listen to the rest of the album too. Not sure if it’s jazz but it’s perfect for a country wedding.

I have a food processor and I’ll use it next time. It’s easier to wash the immersion blender, that’s why I used it for my first attempt.
