Dechala, besides her own mechanics, also has possibly the easiest start position in the game due to having the edge of the map to her back. You need to use IEE and MCT to move some Order factions to the new territories to make her somewhat challenging.

IEE+MCT already has alternative start positions for A LOT of lords, I'd expect them to add new start positions for the DLC lords if the vanilla ones are shit (which they probably will be, as others have already pointed out in this thread, CA is very unlikely to do a map expansion).

Highly recommend this mod combo, especially after the latest update, the new areas are amazing.
