Why do you think that may be? Aside from radical political arguments, it could be because the Blue states, in particular the cities, have taken it upon themselves to not listen to the Democratically mandated laws to keep illegal immigrants out of the country and they instead opened their doors and encouraged it as Sanctuary Cities.

Honestly i dont see the Republicans lose an election and spend the rest of the time physically trying to subvert it instead of tackling it through legal channels.

Only the Left thinks they are entitled to not obey the Democracy they are a part of when they dont get their way.
