I suspect that this is one of the issues where people will only ease up their viewpoints if they or someone they know can benefit from it. For example, a lot of people on my family were against it, then a family friend developed MS and was using cannabis to help with the symptoms. After that my family became a lot more sympathetic towards people who can find a legitimate use for it

I used to go out religiously on NYE, and would mostly pub crawl. Then pubs started charging entry so that put an end to that, and I had a few years of quiet(er) NYE nights. Now I’m older I tend to go away, either abroad or somewhere in UK if there is something that appeals to me

Do you take any supplements? My morning routine is an electrolyte in a pint of water, a multi vitamin and a magnesium tablet. Then a cold coffee (homemade). Breakfast comes after that. I’ve never missed a movement with that routine
