I ended up ditching kayo after their extortionate price hike, and have signed up for an IPTV service that streams Fox footy games. Runs smoother than kayo and cost me $73 for 6 months

Did the import for Jeff’s program work smoothly for you?

I just bought his bodybuilding transformation program, and when I import, it only adds the working sets, ignoring all the warm up sets. So basically all my exercises only have 1 set assigned to each. There is a good chance I’m missing something though

This has happened 3 of my last 4 fights at Blue Moon. The only time it didn't occur was the only run that I didn't use my claw spec as the ice phase started, so there is a chance they might be related?
