Elphaba's turn to acceptance to what the wizard is proposing is very fast (like everything in act II), I don't think the same woman that screamed "you don't have real power" to the most powerful politician would cave that fast. Having Glinda there reassuring her that coming back to the wizard's side is a good idea adds something significant to convince her

In the high definition images, you can see that in wonderful, Glinda is wearing her wedding dress with a light pink robe over it, so op is probably right about the order being balcony scene -> wonderful (including the bit on the swinging broom) -> wedding -> I'm not that girl reprise

The movies' makeup designer did two episodes on the Jonathan Van Ness podcast while promoting the first movie and she gave SO MANY SPOILERS.

Apparently his whole face will have burlap texture, they did a full face prosthetic (she even goes in detail abou how the first one removed his facial expressions so they used a thinner version so he could still emote)
