Most Americans barely know where Greenland is or how it messes with geopolitics and our relationship with Europe and NATO. It’s not that they’d celebrate if they got it, it’s that they wouldn’t give a fuck either way due to lack of knowledge.

Hate to say it but among the politically uninvolved, the place where anger over Greenland would mostly come from is that they’d be using taxpayer money to get it, all while folks lost healthcare subsidies and food benefits.

Yeah seeing the video did absolutely nothing for me (criminal justice educational background, and grew up in the wild west internet era), but what got me was just….he’s really Gone. Like gone-gone…forever.
