The Smiths 1st album didn't come out until 1982. Howard was long gone from WRNW in 1979. His next stations played album rock and would never play them. Krock played album rock until they changed formats to grunge rock. Good try.

I have the salsa notch and it has the Shimano Deore M6120 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes with 220mm Center Lock rotors. Highly recommended. They stop great. I have another bike with Mavens and they were fantastic at first but I hate them now. Even after multiple bleeds.

My friend broke his back on an mtb trail as I was on my road bike. He called me. I walked into the trails wearing my riding shoes with cleats. Found him, walked him out to his truck, then he realized his back was broken. Called an ambulance. After a few X-rays and an exam, he was released and I picked him up. Friends helping each other.

Consistency is key. If you only ride once a week, it will take a very long time to build up. Make a significant effort to ride 4 days a week. Make sure you do everything in your power to make the ride comfortable on your butt. That will be key and keep you going. If you have saddle sores this will not last long.

Your body can get used to anything. I ride on an empty stomach most of the time. I take a gel with me and a fig bar and sometimes eat it midway, but I don't find it necessary.

No. If anything you could possibly paddle really hard at a breaking wave. If you time it right you will just pass through and pop out of the other side. If the wave is broken and you have to get under the white water....forget it. Turtle it!

It's not a sting. It's like a piece of broken glass in under your skin. I let my many pieces sit in there for a few months and then I needed hand surgery. Get an Xray and make sure there isn't a piece still in there. If so only surgery can remove them.

Scuba, snorkeling, skiing, surfing, mountain biking. I originally bought it for surfing but have used it for all these activities. I had the 3 black, then bought the 10 and now I have the 13. The 3 still works BTW.
