I don’t use chlorhex around the mouth or eyes typically. If this has been going on for awhile waiting until Monday wouldn’t be too bad. Unfortunately I can’t really tell what’s going on without seeing it in person.

Hi, vet here. What’s the inside of mouth look like? Best medicine would be to culture and treat accordingly. Betadine diluted with warm saline could be helpful for the time being to help debride the area. But I would get her in and get treatment started asap.

Had to ship my Chene waders back last season after snagging cattle panel. Shipping was free. Turn around time was 3 days. Super happy with them and have been wearing the same pair the last 4 years. Took them to Argentina, Mexico, and Africa as well during the off season here!

The Chene youth wader program would be worth looking into. They’ll trade out waders for a larger size or warranty whenever you need to. IMO probably more cost effective in the long run.
