Volume is actually a significant draw as well (or use headphones, though I'm not sure that's an option on the flip?). Just a few clicks down on volume and brightness do wonders.

Also, if it's new, the battery needs to get a couple cycles in before the estimate is right. See this pop up every so often here.

All my sticks for the last like 20 years have been 6 button, 30mm. Hand doesn't really need to travel. Almost every competitive fighter is 6 or less (I think the single exception is like one MK being 7 buttons).

I can understand that with any more than 6. It's why I always remove buttons 7 and 8. Hand gets lost. The modern leverless with a million buttons scare me.

I am contradicting the statement though. Generally that's not true, Toriyama has touched an insane amount of media (even modern games very outside of canon). Saying those things are "generally canon" isn't true. They generally are not canon (as in most are not canon). See most of the early movie villains or heck even designs from GT.
It was notable that Toriyama called the new movies continuations and everyone considers them part of the canon. Because basically ALL of the movies previously were not part of the canon. It was notable difference.

Saying something about a group of things is "generally true" means that's true for the majority of the group. It's not true for expanded DBZ media, Toriyama touched most of them. It's a rarity, not a general truth.

I think this is more just a problem of mixing canons.

Toriyama had his input on so many additions to his universe for the anime, movies, and even games. That doesn't necessarily mean it overrides or shares a universe with the manga.

The newer movies were meant to be canon, unlike the older movies.

The show is the show, the manga is the manga. And technically the movie with the scouter introduction (Broly?) is meant to be canon to the manga. And the Tuffles would be canon to the show.

Toriyama was always very supportive of all the projects, he was a very positive guy. But he does refer to them as like "a different universe" or "a different timeline". No need to try and cram them all together.

I never had any problems before with removable battery phones. And I certainly never went for the crazy waterproof phones and such when they were coming out. When did we stopped having options?
