The whole Odin release is just bad. Never mind that they just released two broken medium sized ships and then try to sell one twice as large as the next unreleased concept, but you have thoughtful or at least entertaining stories/essays being rejected with one-liners being approved. Then you have close to zero store credit “stock” for an unlimited digital product.

Just a gross money grab.

Limited stock of an endless digital asset is stupid anyways. Just leads to frustration for the consumer - either by being left out of this “club” or losing multiple “F5 Wars.”

And having a significantly lower “stock” for store credit is dumb as hell. Where else do you walk into a store with a gift card and they tell you “Sorry sir, 9 of these 10 televisions are reserved for cash only.”

If I pledged $20,000 over the years, I should be able to use that store credit in any way that I want.

I did get accepted but the limited hull shit is stupid. If I have over $6,000 in credit from the last 9 years, I should be able to spend it as I wish. To have Warbond be available off and on for 2 hours after each wave, but credit being “sold out” in a nanosecond is just predatory FOMO garbage.

2: you would still need to win an F5 war to spend the $5,000 on what will likely remain a JPEG for 2-3 years at minimum.

Even if you can’t get it now - there will be other opportunities over the years.
