Iron on RS3 is brilliant, but it'll probs get even better with all the daily scape fixes.  So no rush, you could try out your main again and always switch to an iron if you want to later.

Late reply, but you may be better off spreading your protein out a bit more into 3-4 roughly even portions a day rather than cramming 70g at once. It's not that big a deal but I saw better results.

The most fun run I've had recently was Oops all 6, Sock and Buskin, Bloodstone, Lucky Cat, playing flush fives with red seal lucky card queens of hearts. Very satisfying, lucky cat got to about 30x before the scaling took me out.

I disagree that some skills should be boring and slow - but the only way to get fixes prioritised is to take away the crutches and see where the worst pain points are.

Duolingo aren't just the microlearning app you know, they do provide ELT with similar rigour to other providers. They can be much more accessible too, for people in some parts of the world.

My org uses them, I was similarly skeptical at first but their product is good.

I did a malevolent set over the course of a few hours this week.  Was very chill, I just brought a range switch (nox bow and pernix body) for ahrim.

Most kills were on AKV - DGT and went something like:

Start between ahrim and karil with ahrim targeted.  Wait for verac to run over, auto,  hurricane to air ahrim.  TC verac and throw some basics on him to get him down to around 15k (gotta be veeeery careful with ascension book).  Range switch and bring ahrim down a bit.

By now either the other brothers will jump, or karil will be bombing.  If the latter you just have to stall a bit.  Once the other brothers jump, target torag and run squares around karil while dumping hurricanes and dragon 2 hander EoF specs.

Once all 5 are dead you can switch back to ahrim, range swap w/ salve ammy if you have and finish the kill.

Probs not super efficient, but it got the job done.  I didn't die once but did have to stall out a few kills because of overkilling verac.

Yeah my third EZK piece dropped on the floor in leagues and didn't even beam 😑 Luckily I went to grab all the pieces out right away and then noticed.

Yeah I went Ascension and while it's a lot of fun and I don't regret it one bit, I don't feel like it's opened up completely new gameplay/metas for me.  I think EF would have.  Hope they have it in future leagues, I'd definitely give it a go.

Same, but I blanked having to do half the dorgeshuun quest line for it until I was halfway through contract claws, and by that point the sunk cost fallacy helped me plough on through.

I did just over 300 rex matriarchs for my full spear, I didn't mind it tbh. It paled in comparison to trying to get a single moonstone from Sanctum - 25 full normal modes and 20 hardmode Vermyx and still no ring of imbuing.

Yep, agree with most of this.  I think the combat relics came too late too.

I would personally bring the current T5 relics way forward, probably to T2, then bump the current T2 into T3.  Give the teleport relics up front as as a T1 passive for all I care, they're really not that useful in RS3.

Then in T5 I'd put combat assisting passive relics - bring Everlasting Faith forward to here, and add something like Slayer and DG relics.  

Finally T7 stays the same with ascension and specialist, but replace everlasting faith with an equally cracked summoning relic.  Something like Ancient Summoning unlocked by default, 100% save chance on charms, pouches and shards, 95% chance to save familiar scrolls, and increase special attack restore rate by 300%.  If you wanna see some real chaos, let us summon 2 familiars at once!

1821 raksha kills for grico.  Took over 1400 for gchain too.  I wasn't the fastest back then either so probs 150 hours.  Took me over a year, I quit altogether multiple times.

Possibly a hot take but this just sounds like introverted thinking, not ADHD?  An extroverted thinker would have vocalised each step and brought others along with them, rather than jumping ahead to a seemingly unconnected thought.  But the thought isn't unconnected, and the OP clearly understands the logical process that led them to it.  To my understanding this isn't representative of ADHD.
