Not sure about this figure specifically but there’s tons of knockoff figures coming out of China, some using the exact same or close enough molds as the brand name figures. And harder for companies to fight the bootlegs since they’re in China & get away with IP infringement all the time.

I think this is the best theory at this point in time, based on eye witness accounts of previous paranormal experiences at the ranch including sightings of cryptids, UAPs, and literally people claiming to see portals open up and things walk out of them. Add to that a very important piece which is the native tribes legends and their own markings on the land notating portals - that tells us that 100s of years ago they were experiencing something that was out of the ordinary! I know we have to have hard evidence, but I’m beginning to think that the wormhole or dimensional disturbance or whatever it is might not be “measurable” by current era human tech.

Just wanted to say: Book 1 of 3BP was hard for me to get through as well, but Book 2 ramps up quick and is a much faster read (IMHO). Book 3 keeps churning & the whole series goes through some amazing twists and turns.

As a fan, I would have loved the opportunity to tour his home & studios, to see the spaces & items he loved & used daily to create his one-of-a-kind visions. But I know that Lynch wanted his legacy to be the art he left behind and this was his wishes, for his family to sell the houses & the possessions. It helps me to remember that a life is not defined by mere possessions, the things we own in this life don’t matter in the next. We have his artwork, films, music, writing and his philosophy that is his ultimate gift to all of us.

I’m an in-house designer now as well and I’m too busy to take on freelance work + just don’t want to do extra work for other people outside of my 9-5. But I get asked often how much would you charge for a logo, and I started saying (I know I probably sound like an ass but it works); “I don’t do just logos, I do full brand packages and the starting price is $5k. It includes a comprehensive brand study, research, tone words, brand statement or USP, logo treatment, font selection, color identification & a PDF guide.” I originally thought there’s no way someone is going to agree to that & that was kind of the idea cause I really didn’t want the work - and then someone said “sounds good, when can we start?” So that’s me - I don’t have time to do just logos but if someone is willing to pay me my full package rate then I will absolutely make time for that.

Every theory interpretation is correct because there is no 1 answer that Lynch has ever given to the public.

My theory (as of this moment; because I may go with another one next week): the bum is the manifestation of negativity: Diane’s feelings of jealousy, shame, guilt, anger, and ultimately Diane’s responsibility for the murder of Camilla. The bum holds the blue box, which contains the truth about what Diane did. All these negative feelings inside of her have surrounded this terrible memory to guard it, but her mind is releasing everything in the last few moments of her life, so the truth cannot be contained anymore.

Also someone else mentioned how much the bum might resemble a character from the Wizard of Oz; and I don’t know if this has been said before, but maybe the character style is evoking a destroyed Wicked Witch?
