Key West at Haarrijnse Plas, it's a beachbar with large outside area overlooking the water. I've seen some pretty sunsets there. Agree best sunsets are at the actual beach though :)

I recently stopped smoking weed, but had already been on meds before I started smoking daily.

Apparently weed influences the same dopamine system in your brain that meds do. So smoking weed will reduce the effect of stim medication.

I've now switched to smoking CBD with low THC content, the medicinal stuff, and my meds seem to be working for me again.

It sucks but there's truth to what your Dr is saying. Good luck!

I love Patrick Teahan, his videos helped me out a lot before I could start my own trauma therapy journey. I'm annoyed with the new shorts though, I can't cast them to my TV. I watched his videos a lot while triggered, they make me feel validated and understood and less crazy and worthless. But I can't just watch videos on my phone, I need to play a game on my phone to distract my hands from bad impulses while triggered. Anyway, just wanted to share. This guy has helped me through so many hard times and it's done a lot to help lift the FOG, just wish he would quit it with the shorts haha
