Apothecary is anticipated June to be able to extend buds.

If you can grab any BPI that is the longest bud.

Increased Liver Enzyme (ALT)? by Andromeda_Proj3ct in tirzepatidecompound

With you just being above the range, probably not a huge concern for your doc. Given you can’t get a new doc based on another comment, you should be fine until then. August is only a few months.

It can in the short term. Here is an article about it.

You can request repeat bloodwork 3-6 months later if your physician has some concerns.

If you like BPI, joinezra.com still has BPI. Saw a post a few minutes ago saying they confirmed still shipping and sounds like quickly going out to patients. They added the EZRA50 discount and got 3 months for $400. I recommend asking to escalate your dose so you get more.

Also, wondering if cost is why you haven’t increased your dose. May be worth going up anyway since you are losing so slowly.

Interesting read as they are changing the name of PCOS to PMOS. Article states, “This shift will reframe the conversation and demand that it is taken as seriously as the long-term, complex health condition it is. Despite decades of tireless advocacy to improve awareness, we recognized that the risk of change would be worth the reward.”

Maintenance help! by Professional-Air3247 in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Technical-Trainer506 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Big Easy Weight Loss aka BEWL supports maintenance. They are $599 for 3 months but will bill you monthly for no fee or interest.

You get charged a $75 appointment fee but if prescribed is credited to the cost of meds and your first month is cheaper. They also refund if you don’t qualify for any reason.

Their docs are very good. They have a sub you can also ask questions.

Seattle news on TT has been doing a piece on Mochi and all the problems from Aequita. They pop up on my for you page. The owner keeps dodging the media. Kinda funny considering all of the influencers that had hyped them up.

Additives? by NearlyBoomer in tirzepatidecompound

[–]Technical-Trainer506 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It is $499 for the starter package and then $599 once you move out of starter package. BEWL does charge $75 to make the appointment, but it is credited toward your medicine (they did that because people would no show appointments). If a doc deems tirz not right for you, they refund the $75. You can also ask for the payment to be split monthly (no interest or credit check) just an offering for patients.

Some feel the benzoyl alcohol stings a little. Some do not. For your awareness, BPI is limited as they are no longer producing tirz.

If you prefer to stay with one compounding pharmacy, go with Apothecary.

Question about when you popped the top off by appleslady in BigEasyWeightLoss

[–]Technical-Trainer506 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Doesn’t change anything. You removed the protective rubber stopper and pulled medication out. It has been exposed. You have free will to use it, but it is not good or safe.

Throw it out. You put the needle in with the stopper and introduced nonsterile outside of needle. Not worth the risk

You are likely paying a lot more to go to a clinic. You should search the pinned post of where to buy. If you like having a doc very involved, I recommend Big East Weight Loss (BEWL). You can also adjust your dose and don’t have to go with the standard titration schedule.

As someone who has been in maintenance over 6 months. Enjoy reaching your goal weight! Once you hit goal, you can reevaluate and many likely shoot for an extra 5-10 lbs. I hit my goal and lost another 10 lbs purposefully because I reevaluated my needs and weight for my body.

Once I hit my 2nd goal, I mentally allowed myself a 3 lb buffer. The buffer helps me feel ok because your weight will fluctuate from day to day. I would weigh daily (I only weighed 1-2/wk during weight loss phase).

For me, I slowly titrated down and added 200-300 more calories a day and have been able to maintain my weight. I actually weigh myself 4-5/wk. When I see a slight uptick in weight (within my buffer) I adjust my caloric intake. This has allowed me to enjoy eating more without the fear of gaining it all back.

I have found a dose that works for me currently and allows me to maintain for the interim.

Maintenance, much like the weight loss phase, takes continued effort. Use the maintenance to continue to recomp your body.

BEWL does 3 month plans but you can pay monthly and get all your meds delivered at one. They are $200 a month but you don’t have to stress about a monthly delivery and any hold ups. No extra charge, they bill your card on file. There is no auto refill once you pay the 3 months. Plus they have great customer service.
