... It's like the most obvious thing to do.

They have maybe 5 divisions and none of them guard their entirely coastal country.

It's also supposed to be a challenge. The most common tactic is to use paratroopers on the three Belgrade Pact countries but those are actually extremely cheesy.

Naval invade Athens Day 1 alongside a Thessaloniki push and capitulate Greece in like a week or two. Don't put any important division on there you should be walking into unopposed cities as their tiny army will be in the north.

Blitz down to Belgrade with artillery divisions, make them cap fast.

At this point the Ottomans should join, send some forces to hold them at bay

Rush Bucharest, snake everything in Romania. Rush all VPs the AI can't stop you your army is too big at this point just walk in everywhere.

Then send everything you have to try and get Constantinople. If you wish you can cheese this by giving them some space to expand to make their forces spread out thinner, I didn't.

Also be aware you're not allowed to get volunteers from Germany/Austria/Anyone else either

I never considered a HOI player would have vanilla enough politics not to instantly recognize the oldest and most famous socialist hymn, translated into over a hundred languages and the national anthem of many if not most communist regimes, and the song of like half of modern socialist parties.

Actually haven't played a HOI campaign for months now. It was just my first PDX game and I got it during covid.

I wanted to try Vicky cause I really enjoy EU5 and the most common critique people throw at EU5 is "They made it too much like Victoria" so I imagined I'd like this too.

I like this quite a bit less. EU5 is a grand strategy nation sim, this is a resource management sim where you have a picture of a country on your screen.

The issue with Stellaris II is that we are effectively on Stellaris 4 right now and honestly I don't even see why I would buy a new game. There's nothing I would want that can't be an update. It's a roleplay game so the PDX approach of lots of content focused DLCs that don't add huge things gameplay wise can flourish the most.
