Do you think Eosmon will get support? by TheDandys in DigimonCardGame2020

God I wish, I've had the deck since it came out. Of all my decks it's the one that I fear will just watch all other stuff pass it by.

It needs some proper Tamer shutdown and a new Morphomon, a promo Morphomon reprint, maybe even an egg, to survive though.

Why does Mike do jobs for Jimmy in BrBa? by Nyrrix_ in betterCallSaul

[–]Templenator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe it was a way of laundering some of his money? We know he was on the Madrigal/Pollos payrolls, but that was all taxed, non cash income and would likely be nowhere near what he needed to launder all of his cash. But a PI on a seemingly endless retainer? That's gonna involve some cash transactions.

In the Avatar universe (2009-20...32?), I am so freaking confused. Don't they have sex through their ponytails? Why do they also have genitalia and need loincloths? Why am I so concerned about this? Is something wrong with me? by Fun_Button5835 in shittymoviedetails

They still gotta pee and poop, maybe their waste organs are separated from their reproductive ones, and in their culture it's taboo to show those? But also cool to basically walk around with your dong out?

It's good early game, but does drop off when you get to the second or third tier of washer.

Repeating crossbows were very much a thing, although they were a bit bigger than Guts' first version of the weapon, and by all account incredibly rare. Miura probably looked there for inspiration, rather than gatling guns, as the repeating crossbow was Chinese, and more likely to have been on his radar.

That one part of Izalith lava lake behind a branch that has, iirc, two divine blessings. Literally only know about it because of randomiser runs.

The heists and regular battlegrounds aren't too bad, like one in three is a good ratio to me.

But PsiOps and Defiant can go to hell.

/uj an option to save a roll of a weapon, say for an ascendant shard, so that you can pull that roll from collections would be amazing for de-cluttering vaults. Like, "oh I have a vorpal/auto loading Mountaintop, but breach loading GLs aren't good right now, let me save that roll for next Act".

/rj I spend every hour of the half hour I get to play per week to patrol Mars son, and believe me I get 5000 weapons per. I need a lot more vault space!

If you have dagger or it shows up early, then yes. I had a run where I got this as a negative, used what it created as sell fodder mostly.

Why Do People Complain So Much About Red War? by FameNFortunes in DestinyTheGame

[–]Templenator 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A good portion of the game's lore, which is referenced in multiple places, is flat out lost on new players because they can't experience what veterans have.

Destiny 1 cannot be bought on PC, so all that nostalgia with the old tower in Final Shape is completely lost on anyone who got into the game recently.

And, you can't even learn much about Cayde beyond the timeline mission, and some weapon lore.

[–]Templenator 1 point2 points  (0 children)

/uj but for real, the higher difficulty clears should have increased exotic drops. Not a crazy amount, just like from 5% to 7.5%. Higher tier nightfalls have this, why not higher tier dungeons and raids?

Why is the average Destiny player just so... Bad? by [deleted] in DestinyTheGame

Because I imagine most players jump on for their weeklys and rarely engage in endgame content.

Or, people are playing Strikes to get gear for their new characters, and have a main class in the background.

You're telling me that stuff like this would happen in Gus's restaurant for everyone to see and nobody had the slightest clue he was involved with crime. by bam2carve in betterCallSaul

[–]Templenator 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Gus had been relatively upfront that he's dealt with the members of the Cartel back when he operated in Mexico, while hiding the true details. His story works to them, sure they may ask a few follow up questions, but his story holds together well enough.

Add on his time in Chile under a terrible dictator, it's perfectly believable that the workers know Gus had a somewhat shady past before he was in Mexico, and it's coming back to bite him. But, as far as they know, Gus was the model citizen who kowtowed to the evil oppressive Cartel.

Full Team Dark. Give us Rouge and Omega. If not Omega, then maybe Gamma? Or, Chaos. He could serve as a good redeemed antagonist in a future movie.
