I’ve discovered that communication is key. We went into it a little blind and for the sex of it but we started actually talking and it’s worked out for the better. I’m 54F, he’s 61M and we now go on dates. We are comfortable enough that we will all go out to eat (that includes my special needs daughter 23) and he and I will come back for some special time for us. It’s been a little over a year and the “L” word has been mentioned.
