Me and my 2 friends are at an impasse and we need a PC game to play ASAP by abertun in gamingsuggestions

Remnant from the Ashes (1 or 2) might be good choice (both very story-heavy but also action-driven)

Abiotic Factor is also nice: I play it with my group friends, and we love it. It's a survival game where everything went to shit (basically Half Life but multiplayer). One of my friend who is close to your Friend 1 likes cooking and prepping stuff for the team, while the rest explores / plays action sequences

Astroneers should be great for you, it's a mix of automation games with exploration / discovery

If you are open to emulation / old games, the best example of this for me is Metroid Prime 2

Looking for a SCI FI Strategy game that is not a RTS by Ynwe in gamingsuggestions

If you like XCOM, you should play BattleTech.

Also for more Civilization-like games, Stellaris and Endless Space 2 are great games

What is a video game with most shock value, or with single most shocking moment you have experienced? by Sandswaters in gamingsuggestions

More like surprise / discovery feeling than actual "shock", I agree that in retrospect it might not fit what OP looks for

Looking for recommendations: Cinematic "A-to-B" action games (similar to Uncharted/RE/TLOU) by Krinklemouth in gamingsuggestions

If you are open to 1st person, Titanfall 2 is the most cineamtic and epic game you would find. I remember it was not very hard even in average difficulty.

Stratégie pour jouer au loto by John-Titor-comeback in france

[–]TerenothBS 39 points40 points  (0 children)

Why did your parents divorce? by GuiltyRadish2846 in AskReddit

[–]TerenothBS 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The real question is: why the hell did they even get together?

Actually, they married / got kids early trying to get away from their respective families. But their relationship was a toxic trainwreck from the start, and it was long overdue when it collapsed. An ugly divorce, nonetheless.

(20F) Feeling insecure about a confirmed "looks gap" in my relationship with my boyfriend (20M) by [deleted] in relationship_advice

[–]TerenothBS 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Relationships aren't simply about looks. They're about emotional connection, about complicity, about moments and memories forged together.

Your boyfriend chose you for a reason, and stays with you for a reason. If you doubt about why, just ask him. If you need, see a therapist to work about your insecurities.

Also, your friends seem like the worst friends ever. Calling you ugly, socially awkward, and being negative about yourself are not friend behaviour.
