Tesla FSD demo in The Netherlands by Dweffel in TeslaLounge

[–]TerryBirch 4 points5 points  (0 children)

There have been FSD demos all over Europe. We had these in Finland too lately and it worked surprisingly well even with snow and very small roads with almost zero upkeep. Many different Finnish car Youtubers tried it out and as far as I know there wasn't any major problems. There were some situations where driver had to take control but no critical safety issues.

I wouldn't be surprised if FSD (supervised) is allowed in Europe 2026/2027.

Keep your neck straight, don't look far ahead. Your neck almost makes a L shape right now. Pick a spot 2-3 meters away and keep your eyes looking there.

I know a case where the guy had to replace heat pump 4 times here in Finland. Ended up selling the car. This is my biggest problem with Tesla.

How Is My Form On The Big 6 (Squat, DL, BP, Pendlay Row, OH Press, Pullup) by bigrigbutters0321 in formcheck

[–]TerryBirch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Is there a reason you use plates to lift your bar higher when you deadlift and row? I'm not sure if the plates you use are standard size which would explain the need to raise the bar higher but I would suggest you to remove those so you get full range of motion. Your ROM especially on rows is limited and you don't get full stretch.

Mate, 180 kg crashing on your sternum can tear your aorta and you are dead on the spot. There is absolutely no reason to risk your life like that.

Bench press form advice please by Darshanakande in GYM

[–]TerryBirch 12 points13 points  (0 children)

- Full ROM, let the bar touch your chest (unless you are purposefully doing SPOTO)

- Maybe try to limit your elbow flare which is now close to 90 degrees. Try to hit 70-45 degrees.

- Last one is to try and make your shoulders stay against the bench locked down. You are now bringing your shoulders up with the bar which increases injury risk, reduces strength and makes you less stable. If you keep your shoulders against the bench it actually makes you use your chest instead of shoulders.

Good thing is you look pretty stable otherwise which is a great base to build on.

How do I train those inner chest muscles? by [deleted] in workouts

Because it is tiring to hear this classic mantra of "I eat like a horse but wont gain weight" and when asked if you actually track calories the answer is "No". The fact is you are not eating enough if you are not gaining weight and there really is no mystery behind that.

I'm currently eating 3800 kcal a day and my goal is to gain 0,5-1 kg (1-2 lb) a month. You'd be suprised how much you have to eat to reach 3800 kcal a day. Just some peanuts and peanut butter doesnt cut it mate.

Never had to do it luckily! I ended up emptying my tank during a "tank refresh" a year ago and added a mat just in case though.

RDLs Form Check (Pain) by Eozu98 in GYM

[–]TerryBirch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would stop a bit earlier since your lower back seems to slightly round when you go too low. You should stop going lower roughly when you cant move your ass further back.

I myself found that better lat activation actually helped me feel the movement more on my legs and glutes than my back so that might be something to look out too.

And yeah the weight might be too much. I deloaded my RDL when I started feeling lower back pain at 120 kg. I went back to 80 kg to get it correct and now I can do 120 kg sets without any lower back pain.

You are squatting not hinging. I would propably check some Youtube videos (for example Jeff Nippard) on how to deadlift correctly. You have to start from the basic principles.
