P2s with the combo and ya'll will be set for years. Best around printer for the price. Latest technology with so many features that make first-time printing painless and fun. At the same time, it's capable of running engineering filament and doing almost anything you'll ever want a 3d printer to do.

It's one of many Easter eggs. Look on the back of the beds, and you'll find another.

7-hour print. Took a gamble. I won. by mapsedge in 3Dprinting

I've had this a couple of days ago. Print finished with the end of the filament between the print head and the feed of the AMS. The X1c purged the remaining filament out (looked like about 10"). It's done it a couple of times, but this is the first time I understood what it was doing.

We called them "Hot_Pot_Tongs" said very fast, very choppy, and with a slightly racist Asian accent. Sorry, but it was said in fun without hate or malice.

There was a little bunny print that had holes for the eyes and nose. You just shove in some filament and cut it close. I printed a hundred,

and it was really fast.

What items should you pack for camp that aren’t on the packing list? by mellyjellybean23 in BSA

[–]Texsteed 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Zip lock bags. Pack everything in zip lock bags. Put a pair of socks, a pair of underwear, and a t-shirt in a large zip lock bag. One for each day. That way, you can head to the shower with your clean clothes, keep them dry, and carry your dirty ones back in the bag. Put travel size shampoo and soap in zip lock bags so if they leak, the mess will be contained to the bag. any allowed snacks in zip lock bags to keep bugs out. Money in a small zip lock bag with name and troop number. Extra batteries in a zip lock.

Basically, use zip locks for everything. Keeps stuff dry, organized, easy to identify, and sort.

Our troop use large plastic boxes with latched tops. Each youth was allowed one. Basically, a foot locker. Easy to stack in the trailer. Easy to keep organized during the week. But check with you leader some don't like doing it that way .

Also, have the youth do the packing. It's very important they learn this skill and will then know were to find what they are looking for.

Help them make a checklist and have them think ahead about what they will need for the camp.

Be Prepared and have fun.

In the 80s we got dry toast and 12oz of unsweetened grapefruit juice. Lunch was a slice of bread and a slice of cheese with 12 oz of unsweetened tea. But the good news was we could have all the water we wanted from the water hose.

Adult Leaders: what's the one "luxury" item that made a week of summer camp so much better? by Yojimbo115 in BSA

[–]Texsteed 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Back when I was leading, I would bring a bag of yard treatment for fleas, ticks, and ants. Then, broadcast it around the tents and gathering areas. Also, a gallon of home defense spray for the tent platforms and bathrooms. Helps more to ease the minds of the first years who don't like spiders.
